Ambassador Cekuta attended the @BakuTel annual Expo to learn more about Azerbaijan’s developing hi-tech industry and congratulated Rashid Aliyev, the founder of BethClip software which was listed among 20 of the world’s hottest startups. Rashid was also a finalist of U.S. Department of State’s Global Innovation through Science and Technology (GIST) initiative.
