Article by Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Los Angeles Nasimi Aghayev was published by U.S. newspaper ‘The Daily Caller’

NasimiAgayevAzerbaijani diplomat has highlighted Azerbaijan’s experience in dealing with refugee problem, which nowadays became very topical, after Europe coped with great difficulties to tackle the issue.

Article by Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Los Angeles Nasimi Aghayev was published on October 5 by the influential U.S. newspaper ‘The Daily Caller’.

Titled ‘Small Nation’s Lessons on the Refugee Crisis’, the article highlighted the need for compassion when dealing with refugees, and in this regard mentions Azerbaijan’s experiences in tackling the humanitarian catastrophe caused in the 1990s as a result of occupation and ethnic cleansing of Azerbaijan’s lands by Armenia.
