To mark the 130th anniversary of MAMMAD EMIN RASULZADE (1884-1955), one of the founders of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic (1918-1920), the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Canada and the Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (EURUS) at Carleton University are jointly organizing a seminar titled “Azerbaijan: Past and Present” on January 29, 2014.
