The State of Connecticut and the Capital City of Hartford with the successful efforts of founders of CT based U.S-Azerbaijani News and Informational website AzeriAmerica.com raised the Azerbaijan flag over the Connecticut State Capitol Building on May 28, 2015 to honor 97^th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Republic Day and proclaimed May 28, 2015 as Azerbaijan National Day in the Capital City of Hartford and in the State of CT.
