Leading researcher at the Institute of Cybernetics of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) Ilgar Mammadov has been elected a member of the editorial-board of the US magazines “Pure and Applied Mathematics Journal” and “American Journal of Applied Mathematics”.
