Rector of the Baku State University Abel Maharramov has met with Professor of the Practice and Executive Director of the U.S. Tulane University Herbert Larson and Dean of the Law School and Mitchell Franklin Professor of Law David Meyer to discuss the bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting, they praised the current state of cooperation between the two universities.
