Azerbaijani-Americans for Democracy (AZAD) will be hosting a discussion forum on Azerbaijan on November 7, 2013 in Washington, DC.
The keynote speakers of the event include the former special advisor to the US State Department on Soviet Nationalities, Paul Goble, reknown expert on democratization in post-communist countries, Irena Lasota, an Azerbaijani human rights activist Rasul Jafarov, and an activist and commentator on Azerbaijan, Rebecca Vincent.
