Azerbaijani Defence Minister, Colonel General Safar Abiyev received on June 27 the former military attaché of the U.S. armed forces in Azerbaijan Colonel Daniel Grillo and the new U.S. military attaché in Azerbaijan, Colonel Christopher Monahan.

There was an exchange of views on the priorities of military cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United States at the meeting, the Defence Ministry reported.

The Azerbaijani Defence Minister wished both guests success in their future activities.
