Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev and William M. Fraser, Commander, United States Transportation Command discussed bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and the USA, the situation in the region and issues of security in Baku on Wednesday, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported.
