Mikail Jabbarov has never worked in the field of education. He got his master’s degree in the United States, and then was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development.
Over the past few years, he headed the Reserve “Icheri Sheher.”

How is it that someone who has no clue about teaching leading the whole education system of Azerbaijan? This doesn’t make sense…but who knows maybe this will work and he will appoint some well rounded top educators who can bring new ideas a d change the the Azeri education????
