Azerbaijan`s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva has today met US ambassador to Azerbaijan Richard Morningstar.

The First Lady gave detailed information on the activity of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, stressing fields of cooperation with international organizations, as well as with UNESCO and ISESCO.

They exchanged views on education-related issues including exchange of students, establishment of women’s colleges, etc.
President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva remembered that Azerbaijani government takes care of women entrepreneurs and pays great attention to the stimulation and activation of their role in society.

The U.S. ambassador congratulated the First Lady on the occasion of upcoming Novruz Holiday. They also discussed a range of issues of mutual interest.
